270 Northwoods Rack

Hang sausage, whole chickens, or ribs in your 270 KC or Memphis smoker with the 270 Northwoods Rack.  This handy rack was inspired by our friends in the heartland of sausage, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and Northern Wisconsin, where they take their sausage very, very seriously!  The KC and Memphis have special rails installed at the top of the smoker for accepting the Northwoods Rack.  The rack itself has either 2 or 3 rails, depending on model (2 for the KC, 3 for the Memphis), optimizing airflow in your cooker.  The picture below shows 20 lbs of sausage loaded into the Memphis.  The rack comes with a pack of 12 stainless meat hooks for the Memphis, 8 for the KC.  If you need more, just let us know.
